昨天聽到 Meat Loaf 去世的消息，他和 Jim Steinman 獨樹一幟的曲式和歌聲大概永遠成絕響了。
很可惜之前他在 Las Vegas 演出時沒去聽一場。年輕的樂迷可能不知道他是誰，我也不介紹他的身平了，反正有維基百科，我就介紹一首歌吧！這張 1977 年發行的 "Bat out of Hell" 專輯是我最喜歡的幾張唱片之一，七首曲子都不錯。維基百科說它賣了4千4百萬張，銷量排行史上第四，超過它的只有 Michael Jackson 的 Thriller、AC/DC 的 Back in Black、和《終極保鑣》的電影原聲帶。
小時候買了這張老歌唱片帶到班上，封面把同學嚇死了，這是什麼邪魔歪道。 XD
前幾天在網路收音機上聽到 Alice Cooper 的 Poison，讓我一下回憶湧現...
台灣唱歌的好像一定要很純情或很傷情，這種描述慾念深到骨子裡的重搖滾，在台灣歌壇真的不容易聽到。忍不住把歌詞亂譯了，野人獻曝一下。
